"Blade Chimera" is a Metroidvania action game with a dystopian/cyberpunk worldview. However, one day, Shin meets the shining and beautiful demon Lux, betrays the rules of her holy festival association, and ends up living with her, feeling a nostalgic feeling of déjà vu.
In this game, the player takes on the role of Shin, a demon hunter, who explores the stage with a demon sword in hand and fights against enemies while acquiring various weapons. Yokatato is Lux's transformed form. And whenever Shin, who has lost his memory, remembers his skills and his lost wife, the Youkata sword changes its shape according to the will of the wielder. At the same time, the search range will also expand.
Weapons other than the Youkata sword include a powerful great sword, a dagger that can attack quickly, and a gun that can attack from a long distance, and up to two can be equipped at the same time. It seems that you can fight in various battle styles. The Yokata sword also has the ability to create a barrier by piercing the ground and restore objects from the past. Skills can be unlocked through the skill tree using points according to level up.
